I don't know the name, but I saw the mod offered on ebay the other day and couldn't believe it. It sounds like some guy took a forum write-up and printed it out, and just did the shopping for you. You get the gutter guards, zip ties, and adhesive mounts. His instructions even say to rip off the adhesive and glue them yourself.

Unless they just don't have the parts, I'd go to Lowe's or Home Depot and save a few bucks.

Made my own lower dash pocket with a small bungee and some netting from Joann Fabrics. Had a spare bungee and netting was only $5. Works great so far.

Can you show pics of the backside of this mod and provide more details on how you got the netting to stick? It looks great and I would like to do something similar with mine.

How did you mount this? Does that plastic plate pry off? Looks great.

Here is a pic of the back, everything is sewn together to hold it on and then I just cut out for the lower mount tabs. My wife is pretty crafty with a needle an thread.

It does just pry off with a screwdriver. Thank you.
