my springs were out of that little "notch" on the bottom. So i got them back in that.

I re-torqued the track bar properly (with it on the ground) and am hoping for the best.

Re-torqued all the steering links/clamps/etc. Sway bar.

The springs look like they might be bowing in on occasion and tapping the frame next to them. I am going to get some rubber pads and attach them to the frame if the problem persists to rule out that. It is the only thing that could possibly be left...

I obviously need adjustable control arms, but if i can get away without spending the $500 i would rather... You can tell by the bumpstop not "pointing" in a straight line to the perch of the axle.

Anyone know if the coil spring retainer clips are worth it or are they just a waste . I have already had a spring pop out a little bit.

I looked at the bottom of the coil spring perch to see if the coils are seated properly. Im not sure if they are. Does anyone have a pic a coil thats properly seated from under the perch. The last lift I put in I did the same way and never had clanking

So i ruled OUT the trackbar and the sway bar.

I need to retorque the control arms i guess next. Does the upper control arm matter? I didn't touch it at all from factory.

I haven’t seen this problem myself.

It looks like you already checked the bolts. Did you look at the U joints in the axle to see if the cap is coming off of one of the ends? Did you get under it and have someone turn the steering back and forth looking for parts that have play in them when they shouldn’t? As already suggested did you try disconnecting the sway bar to see if it still has the problem? Did you closely inspect your brackets on you axle for cracks? If you installed spacers are they tight? Are your lug nuts tight? Did you check that you installed the shocks properly (particulary at the top), and are they tight?

Did you guys ever figure out the source? Have a 4in rc lift on a 2011, and have that exact noise. Also get a loud click when in reverse and i let off the clutch?

Have you checked your sway bar links to make sure they are on the right side of the sway bar to axle mount? also check the top of your springs and make sure they are seated properly front and rear.
