Lost my tailgate bumpstops, now what?
I got 35" tires mounted, but had to wait for my teraflex hinged tire carrier. In the mean time, I went spareless in town, and took the spare in the back when off roading.
I lost my rubber tailgate bumpstops in the mean time. In retrospect I think I noticed them missing after a run through a car wash.
So, the car wash can't find them. Days star bumpstops are backordered everywhere.
What now? Anyone have a DIY without building on the stock ones? Searched but couldn't find one. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll be removing the passenger side one completely with The Teraflex tire carrier and if you use your stock tire carrier with the new hinge the driver side one will be too short. At least it is on mine with 4.5" backspace rims and 35" km2s, just find some hole plugs or wait for the the extended daystars.

Vector Offroad makes UFO's, which are aluminum discs powder coated black that cover the holes in the tailgate. Looks very clean and easy to install, I will try to get a pic and post it today.
