Its says it only fits with their bumper. I have a rugged ridge bumper and tire carrier. I want a rack similar to this that will work with my setup. Anybody know of anything?

Yeah, I don't see a conflict either. Maybe that bumper and swing arm combination gives a certain clearance to the spare. Comparing the pic of yours and the Garvin, it looks like the Garvin mounts the spare much lower on the tail gate. That lower mount looks like it makes the rack able to mount over the spare.

That one looks similar and says it fits most Jeeps

Angry

I have the same bumper and have been eye balling the garvin rack also. In the pics it looks like if the garvin can be adjusted height wise it should work. Let me know how it works out if you pull the trigger.

(ignore angry face, don't know how to edit it out......was an oops w phone.)

if you are not running the third brake light, fab up something that goes in the square that will be left open from not using the third brake light, it would be fairly easy and a lot cheaper
