Default Looking for quality rock rails

It's hard to tell by photo's on the internet. Search is not specific enough. I'm looking to tap into your experience. This is for a 4 door X. So far, I am not seeing anything. Here is what I want

- Tube, square or round, that extends from frame rail to beyond the door by 3-4 inches
- Must be able to support use with a Hi-lift jack
- Supported by frame. Not body. perfer a U-channel frame mount. Will accept an L channel design

Are you using anything like this? Last option will be to make my own

gotta tell you, I'm quite happy with my rubi-rails on our 4dr! Put it thru it's paces and came away scratched and happy.

I have Shrocks stuff now...not only is it able to take the weight on a hi-lift w/o a problem, the powder coat is freekin tough as hell too....even on rock grind arounds, etc...hardly any touch up is needed...and the gouges I get hardly even rust.

x2. I left the stock Rubicon rails on so I get doubly-delicious protection. (It's an option to get the Shrockworks ones that compensate for the stock rails.)

I've got a Shara Unlimited, I put a set of the Rubi rails on and they did quite well in my opinion. I was actually on the passenger side with no tires on the ground (don't ask) and the rail stayed straight.

You left the stock Jeep Rubicon rock sliders ON and added shrockworks rails? You say it's an option, but I don't see that on thier website. WOL's writeup took the stock sliders off.

Please confirm!

Another vote for Shrockworks.

But those new purejeep ones are pretty sharp and provide more body protection. Worth taking a look at.

Place the order with them on the phone and tell them that you want to use the stock guards in addition to their rails.
