Yeah, I think all it really does for us is let us know replacement parts or service will likely be non-existent.

Good sleuthing though.

Sucks to see a company like that go out of business. Kind of wonder why, if it was pricing, or what.

No clue. It sounded immediate and left some customers hanging from some of reviews I read on google.
