I'm not sure why you are wanting to swap from a 3.5" lift to a 4.5" lift.. If you don't have a drag link flip kit already, you will definitely need one at 4.5" of lift.

Also, as mentioned above, (if you don't already have) you should look into getting all 8 adjustable CAs to help re-center your axle in your wheel well and help with your pinion angle.

If it were me, I'd stick with the 3.5" lift. It's the perfect height for 37s.
