I have the Body Armor also. So far, so good. Easy install. Just had to tap the threads because there was paint inside of them.

I have the expedition one also. Great bumper very well made and great design BUT they do not have a way to carry fuel/water cans. I bought mine early '09 and at that point "it was in the works" they designed a great bumper and stopped. I have the highlift mount and antenna mount, both great. I guess it is up to us to design and build a tank carrier.

I've looked at a lot of them and believe I'm going the Genright direction.

Give us a call if there is a problem with the coating and we will replace it. We have been doing a lot work with our powder coater improving on their process. If there is an issue with it we will make sure gets taken care of. We are in the process of phasing out Matte Black, and switching everything to the textured finish because it seems to be a more quality coating.

I appreciate the offer and glad you stand by your product! However, it doesn’t make sense for me to take it off, ship it out and wait a few weeks for the replacement over a few small spots. Plus what would I use in the mean time...it is my daily driver and all

I read in another thread on the forum about the rustoleum and it worked fine.

FYI If I didn’t get such a great deal from Dave on I probably would have sent it back the moment I opened the box.

JKCliff, dou you have any straight on pics of carrier with your spare on? I'm going with 37's (soon! 4" Teraflex just got delivered the other day!) and of the few pics I've seen of the carrier I was wondering how high the spare actually sits.
I'll post up some photos next week. I'm on my way to Moab. With the spare on I have little to know use for my rear view mirror. I can see pieces of vehicles that are not within 100 yards of my rear end.

I really like this bumper. I use a shackle in the receiver hitch... I like the clean lines and functionality of the tire swingout...

I just got the Body Armor but haven't installed it yet. I've looked at it on other Jeeps and was impressed by the quality, features and price.

I am interested in where this was built. Was is manufactured in china? I was a huge fan of Body Armor until they moved operations to china.

I purshased the Mopar front and rear bumpers prior to adding bigger tires, so I went with the Hanson Offroad carrier that attaches to the tailgate hinges for strenght and opens with the gate - so far no rattles and seems to hold firm.
