Lookin For More Juice
I have recently had some work done and am really happy with the results but I am still looking for some more power. I am curious if anyone out there has a similar setup as I do and has gotten new gears and I want to know if it's worth it. Also wondering what it will cost. I am looking for more power and speed off the line as well as more towing. Any suggestions??
Thx

I just got 5.13's into my Rubi. I opted for 5.13's over 5.38's because I've got a 2dr and have a lead foot. The smaller spline of the 5.38's is more prone to breaking, although it rarely happens.
The 5.13's have given me way more power than I was expecting. I haven't had a chance to take them off-road yet because they're still being burned in, but I expect them to give me better low speed ability than the 4.10's ever did. And my transmission isn't constantly shifting when on the highway. I can hold 2300RPM on a slight incline at 65mph w/out any loss in speed or strain on the transmission. Best mechanical upgrade I've done so far.
