Longer springs or spacers ? JK is lower at the front
I have a JKU with 2.5" OME lift.
Well it looks almost leve but itīs a bit higher at the rear.
I didnīt measure wheel to fender. But I did measure the shaft of the shock.
So front it is about 3.9"
and rear is about 5.5"
Which means the front shock is about 60% pushed together and the rear 40-35%
The shop who did the lift said in front and rear is always one 0.5" spacer
Now Iīm not sure.
Should I add another spacer in front and remove the one in the rear ? (more is not valid due to German version of your DMV)
Or should I get a longer/stiffer spring for the front. This is also possible from OME
The ride is very good but I bottomed it out 1-2 times.
So both ways seems ok or would make sense.
Anyway is it ok to measure the shaft of the shock or is this total nonsense ???
