It's funny I never see Kelly SPringfield mentioned in these discussions. The Kelly Safari MSR is a really good tire. I had some on a Dodge truck years ago and got over 50K on them.

I've got the 33" KM2's and love them. I have 20,000 miles on them now and still have 3/4 tread left. YES 3/4 tread. Unbelievable. It is my DD and weekend warrior and performs well on road and excellent on the trails. Went thru a little snow this past winter and they did pretty good. Like other people say though no tire will go on ice. Whenever these do wear out I will go with 35" KM2's.

I have about 25K miles on my Toyo MTs and should easily get another 15K out of them. I doubt I'll get to 50K though. I like them on the street too and they are even pretty good in the rain with their siping.

Kumho Road VENTURE MT has been a great tire on my '97 F350. I have 15,000 miles on them and very little wear. The truck weighs over 7500 lbs an the tires are holding up great. I am about to sell the truck and with that money I am going to lift my JK and go with the 38" Kumho tires.

I've got the BFG All Terrain KO's - great tread for mud /snow etc. Quiet on the freeway - normally 50k wear time. Had them on 4 vehicles. - if that helps.

I've heard great things about the Toyo's and they look sharp, but my pockets aren't big enough!

When did they become useless off road though? I won't go again with mine at 45k. That said, they've held up impressively to my abuse on and off the beaten path.
