Long braking with duratracs

Thats the thing. It never happened til i put on the duratracs. I always parked in my uphill driveway. Normal. Even braking was normal. I mean i know i put bigger tires. Brakes will be a tad different. But not like that!

That's not the tires. Coincidental? Yes. You've got mechanical issues.

Taller tires will make the barely adequate parking brake less effective.

The noise when it was rolling back is probably due to corrosion in the drums.
I'd take the rear disc/drums off and see what going on inside.

Man how bad could it be. Bought the jeep in december. Only 3000 miles on it

Well, maybe not corrosion, then, but some other debris. (I didn't see any indication in this thread or your profile that your JK is only 4 months old.)
The parking brakes are known to come from the factry, and from dealer adjustment, not adjusted enough to hold on an incline.
Like I suggested, the taller tires will change the effectiveness of the parking brake. Have you thought about adjusting it?
