Default Lod signature series rear bumper with 3.5 wheel

Hey guys I just got new wheels. I am switching from the stock wheels to Machetes so there is far less backspacing. But when I adjusted the the tire mount all the way back the tire still hung out a bit from the carrier frame. Has anyone else come across this issue and how did you fix it?

Yes I have and used 3 inch plastic bumps tops to support the tire. Used self tapping bottles to go directly into the tire carrier. Since you are going with a heavier tire and wheel I would recommend putting a jamnut on the tire carrier plastic bumper.
Pics on request.
