Default LOD Offroad 7/8" shackle pin?

I have a LOD signature shorty front bumper. I am wondering if a 7/8" pin will fit in the shackle mount holes? When I measure it, it looks like it is EXACTLY 7/8". I just want to make sure the 7/8" pin will fit before ordering a set of shackles.

That is a pretty thick piece of metal, I don't know how well that would ream out with the tools I have.

Torch it if you can't drill it.

Or , if you don't have a big enough drill, I'm sure you could get a body shop or mechanics shop to drill it for a few bucks

Just went ouside and measure my 7/8' shackle pin, it's a tiny bit smaller than an actual 7/8" , my shackle hole seems to be exactly 7/8", I have a different bumper, but it seems like you should be okay with it. Sorry ,Had a few tonight, rough day, I tend to be a smartass sometimes. But I did go out in the cold to measure a damn shackle. Yep, jeep thang!

i tried to get a 7/8" pin through my LoD SS, the pin is the right size but the threads are 1/8" wider ( 1" total).

i ended up with a smaller size and its perfect, and you have room to get the shank washers that also fit perfect and it doesnt rattle or even move without a little effort.

My understanding is that most production bumpers are designed for a 3/4" shackle.
