Default Locking Lug Nuts

I want to get a set of locking lug nuts for my wheels and spare tire but the Mopar locking lug nut wont fit? They are too large in diameter! Does anyone know of a locking lug that has a smaller diameter than the Mopars?

I got up some nifty ones from Discount Tire Direct that came with my new wheels. They are smaller than stock and the "key" slides the full length over them instead of just mating onto the the pattern on the end. I was first concerned because they looked so small, but when torquing to 90 ft lbs they didn't even feel iffy.

I took my locking lug nuts off. Not worth the trouble and potential problems.

That's it, the external spline ones. Someone here was saying some bad things about them, but so far they've impressed me. Maybe you just have to be careful about torquing them down.

Thanks for the input, i will take a look at the Gorilla's and maybe stop by my local Discount Tire and see what they have to offer. I worry more about the spare than anything else.

Hey bud...Installed these exact rims this week...I.m using the kit
from Topline # C23405 Spline lug kit comes a spline key which in
turn is anti theft...It is a thin wall spline drive socket...The kit comes
with 20 lug nuts only chrome vavle stems and one key...So get 2
kits and don't forget the spare...Each kit cost $20.00...
Nice JK ....

I ordered the Gorilla set for 6-lug wheels.
Enough for the spare and a couple extra!
