Default locking issues

well when i go to lock my diff my front always locks but my rear does not. my light on my dash just keeps flashing.. im hoping its just a wire or something.... any ideas??

First step is make sure all the connections on the rear locker are pluged in .. it is a good idea to un plug and plug back in to endsure a good cnnection.
next I would recomend activating the lockers and Seeing if it is actualy ingaged this is easely done by having your JK in nutral and jacking up the rear axle and turning the tires to see if thay are locked...


If thay are locking it is more than likely the sensor ... But Unforchanetly the rear diff does have to be removed to install the sensor properly

i will try that but i was also wondering why when i jack up the rear and put it in neutral why one
tire spins the opposite way than the one i am turning.? just out of curiosity.

An open differential will do this. It's because of the action of the differential gears inside.
