Default Lockers

I recently installed Dana 44 rubicon axles of a 11 rubicon onto my 09 unlimited. They have 4.88 gears & rubicon electric lockers. Everything went good, I am having a heck of a time with the rear locker unlocking?? T
It's straight wired pos neg & power to the switch. Not sure why it's having so much trouble unlocking??

Did you keep position plunger in the system?
If so, did you install it after the carrier went in?
Installing it after the carrier will cause the locker to stick in the locked position.

It's easy to remove replace axles. 1/2 a days work. Should bolt right back up.

The position sensor needs to be hooked over the lock plate as shown in this picture.
