Yup, I have the Mopar trunk in my two door. Fits just fine, with or without seat, up or down. Comes out with 4 inside thumb screws in about 30 seconds.
Like I said earlier in this thread, you can find it way cheaper on eBay than at moparDOTcom.

remove it when wheeling 
... I use it to protect things in trunk in everyday situation (with soft top)... in winter I will put hard top and remove it...

Did you incorporate an air compressor, welder and a refrigerator in that thing.
