Default A little help? regarding lifts.

I have a 2009 JK 2 dr. ran a procomp 2.5 lift for about 2 years with stock tires. had a rough ride and lil DW after a while. i reciently took it all off and went back to stock suspension. I now have Bushwacker Flatfenders ( which i always had) and just got 33X12.5X15 tires. now with my winch and bumpers i have about 1.5 inches of space between my front axle and bumpstops. i think the added weight has caused this. Should i just put a 1 inch spacer or just get a leveling lift like the new EVO with 2" springs. i dont really need the added clearance just to add some room so i dont bottum out the front on the highway. ( Roads in south louisianna suck)
