Default Line-X Trimmed Flares?

I am thinking about line-xing my fenders after I trim them back a bit more. Anyone done this or think it's a good idea. Also, would I run into problems upon reinstalation?

I had my river raider flares color matched with line x. So far I haven't had any issues, I've scraped them against trees, haven't had any issues with rock chips on the back fenders either. It was a bit pricey, but I feel it's worth it because the paint would have rubbed off with the trees. I also didn't have any problems with re installation.
