Default Light Force Lights

Ok,

I have been looking over the posts on windsheid mounted lights. Mopar vs KC brackets.

Looks like iam about to pull the triger on this mod. But, I really like the Light Force Lights alot. Also looks like iam going with the Mopar Brackets. So......

Has anyone got this combo on their JK, (Light Force Lights & Mopar Brackets) and did you run into any clearance problems with the Light Force Lights and the windsheid itself ? Just seems like the Light Force Lights are very Deep.

Also looks like iam leaning to the Light Force 170's or the Light Force 240 XGT's .............

I find the Light Force lights interesting but it seems that they have limited distribution.

Default Info On LightForce

Boots,

Here is a link to photos of my LightForce lights (170s) on Mopar brackets. No problem You just spin the fitting around. See photos on page 13 (Yellow Rubicon).

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...=14166&page=13

Also here's some links from an email I sent to someone.

Here are a few links.

PDF on the lights:

Utube demoing the lights

Filters

After all of this, you'll likely buy them, so here's the cheapest place. Also wiring harness (nice), is half price from him. If you ask, he'll also throw in a free set of filters. Select "Shopping Cart" once you hit the home page:

Cheapest place to BUY filters (but not the lights)
http://www.sierraexpeditions.com/ind...duct_list&c=73

If you buy them, PM me and I can send you info on how I wired them in (I have one set up top, and putting in another set on bumper tied to fogs).

No I don't sell LightForce (I sell chicken - Tyson), just did my homework!

tnx

Maybe this then select "Shopping Cart"? I couldn't get it to go directly there until I visited once (maybe it's checking for a cookie to prevent indirect linking):

Default Mopar brackets

I'll post my photo of LightForce on Mopar bracket here again.

Don't know what to say, I bought them from the Chrysler parts dept. that everyone else is going to, so I think they're Mopar

Here's the link. Note they're on sale for $75.

Here's the photo again. Can't see the bracket that well.

Can you post a pic from straight on? I want to see the size compared to the headlights. TIA.

Ok,

Here is LightForce on Mopar bracket:

LightForce straight on. They are actually the same size as headlights:

LightForce and stubby antenna:

Hope that helps.

Yes, that helps. Thanks for the extra photo's. Looks like there was just enough clearance between the back of the light and windsheild.

The only other thing I think I am going to do is go with the optional anti-theft nuts and maybe the wire install kit. But I don't think the wire kit is nessary I can get a relay and switch just about anywhere.....

By the way I see what you mean now about turning the bracket around on the light itself.....
