UPDATE: It worked I took the top linkage back off and turned the steering wheel one turn to the left. Started it back up, light was still on... took it for a drive and the computer realized we're back to normal - so the light turned off. Sure beats the hell out of having the Clock Spring get sprung and having a $400 bill I'll post up on the "write-up" just so there is record on there.
