No, they are complete 'as is'.
However...
The front axle will be slightly off-center. If you want it centered, add a trackbar bracket up there.
Also, the higher you lift, the more your Caster will be out of spec. If the post-lift handling bothers you, look into one of the options for adjusting it.
-cam bolts - which lots of people will yell at you for
-new fixed control arms
-new adjustable control arms
Most people find that 2.5" isn't really high enough for the caster to cause horrible handling, and run the kit as is.
