Those of us with 4wd drive models are risking drive shaft failure by adding more than 2 or 3 inches of lift (too much stress). No worries with you on the 2wd.

I got this off this sight. is there anything i should change in this list?
Q: What are all the components that I will need with a 4" lift?
A: For a 4" lift, you should have a set of 4" coils, bump stop extensions, longer shocks, extended brake lines, longer sway bar links, adjustable front track bar, adjustable rear track bar, front and rear track bar relocation brackets, dropped pitman arm, adjustable upper and lower control arms front and rear and new double cardin u-joint style drive shafts.

I'm not ragging on you, I'm not, I'm really not.
But 37's on a 2WD Wrangler pushes my mental state right up to the edge of blowing my brains out. It's not you, the worst part of that sentence is 2WD Wrangler, which you can hardly be blamed for.

Fellow 4x2 here. No difference between a 4x4 and 4x2 when doing a lift. The only thing you don't have to take into consideration in comparison is that you don't have to replace driveshaft components as fast. Whereas a 4x4 would need to replace the front after 3", on a 4x2 you can go at least 4" before considering something. If your looking to get control arms, you would only need lower front arms, and not upper since you won't have a pinion angle. Any questions, shoot me a pm.
