Default Lifted Jk HELP!!!!!!

Ive had a 4 inch long arm skyjacker lift kit on my 4 door jk for over a year now. When i got the lift kit i decided to get 37x13.5 nitto mud grappler tires. ever since i got them the tires would rub against the chassi on wide turns. as a possible solution i decided to get spider trax 1.5 inch spacers and a stability bar from skyjacker just as an extra assistant to the big new tires. so to cut to the end the spacers helped a little but theres still a very noticeable rubbing of the tires and chassi on wide turns. not too long ago someone just suggested go higher to eliminate the rub. i don't want to spend another 3k for a lift kit and money for install. my proposition is to just buy 6 inch lift shocks and 6 inch lift coils because my lift kit is adjustable for 4-6 inch shocks and coils. this will be the best solution for me but i am concerned about the drive shafts. can i run a 6 inch lift kit on a stock drive shaft? keep in mind i dont tend to use 4x4 often only sometimes on rare occasions.

What rims are you using?

If you are using stock +spacers you won't have enough back spacing for 13.5 inch wide tires. I think you need to move the tires out, not your jeep up, to get rid of the rub

He wants the backspace (how far in or out of the wheel well), in addition to the width and diameter.

Their site shows them available in several options, from 4.5bs to 5.75bs. So assuming your spacers are 1.5", your corrected bs is between 3.0 and 4.25. See why having the actual specs for 'your' rims would help with the discussion?

20x9's show 5 options, in two different dual bolt patterns, ranging from 4.5bs to 5.75bs ...

The higher the number, the further 'in' the wheel well they are. The lower the number, the further pushed 'out' they are.

Find out what you have, and the corrected backspace, and go from there.

You need about 3.75 backsacing. That way the tire will sit out further away from the frame. Going higher isn't the answer, even going up 2" it wont get your frame far enough away from the tires and it will most likely result in other needs.
