Has said before 3.5" lift with 33's is going took really odd and there is a lot more roll over potential. I would say 2.5" lift max with 33's. I'm running the AEV 2.5" with 34's and its not to bad. I personally think 35's woukd look better. I netted at least 3" or more out if it. A lot of the time you will becuase they have to advertise it that way for legal issues.

Agreed that 3.5" is too much for 33" tires. You'd have to look into other additions such as driveshafts as well. Stay at 2.5" for 33" tires, 3.5" for 35" tires. Don't forget to armor your undercarriage (EVO Protek) if you plan on off roading and are worried about your warranty. Just find a mod friendly dealer to do your service work. Strengthen your front axle with gussets and sleeves (Nitro) so you don't bend it with the heavy tires too! Your transmission will be fine as long as you use an AEV Procal to reset your shift points. The new 5spd auto's are built/designed by Mercedes and are pretty bullet proof. I've never heard of any transfer case issues unless you're running 38"+ tires. Northridge4x4 will be your friend in helping build your Jeep, very knowledgeable staff and great prices.
