Default lift and tires

Hello all. Just wondering what y'alls opinion on front axel reinforcement.
I've heard its tough on the stock axle when using 4wd or wheeling, but for me - mostly highways, once a month I go desert trips (dune sand)- should I be concerned? I am planning to fix the following Lift Kit
AmericanOff road 3 Inchlift kit
Teraflex exhaust spacer
RugedRidge Shockabsorbers

Yokohama Geolandar 315/70R17

is that a good set up for Dune sand off roading/ highway?

I'd weld gussets in no matter what. Doing it after the cast "C" bends doesn't fix the bent issue, nor the fact that your axle seals will need changed as often as your underwear once the axle shaft isn't properly centered. Gussets are cheap and easy, no need to pull the axles from the vehicle to weld them in.
