lift questions
I'm just wanting a 2" lift done cheaply just for looks because I don't actually wheel it. I like the prices of the BB's but I'm curious as to how long the poly spacers could actually last.
What do you guys think the life span would be on these?
Do I need the whole kit with shocks or will the stock shocks work with the extra 2 inches?

I used a Rough Country BB w/shock extension brackets. The spacers are made of steel not poly. Easy to install and very inexpensive. Gives a lot a bang for your buck. Good luck with your search.

How about getting a 1 3/4" or 2" front spacer and a 1" rear spacer. Quadratec sells them individually and so does northridge I think. That way you can level out the factory rake, unless you like that. You don't have to get a full kit, and if you are not going offroad all you need is the spacers. Daystar makes some cheap ones. They are all as good as another. If you are going to offroad one day, the teraflex rear ones are neat because they help hold and recenter the springs when you are really stretched out. Their fronts are like anyone elses though.
