Default lift question please help!

I am looking to put a lift on my jeep in the near future and need some professional advice...well simi professional

i want to go more than 2.5 inches, but i dont want to have to replace drive shafts and all that mess...

i was looking at this one and it cant be this easy can it...?

i was also looking at this kit and also doing a 1 inch body lift...

it is a 2008 wrangler x two door

Anything over 3 and you will be replacing driveshafts and control arms......go with a 2.5 and get a 1" BL...call it a day.

Easiest and cheapest way to go. If you go higher, suspension wise, you're going to pulling some overtime at work. A lot of overtime.

Give dave at Alpha Expedition a holler. Thats where I got my 2.5" BB and 1" BL. And his customer service is unbeatable.

thanks for all the advice guys! i will be going with a 2.5 bb but im putting that on top of some rubicon unlimited coils!

alright i got the unlimited rubi springs and my bb spacers only. what else will i need? is a track bar bracket necessary or could i live with just the springs and spacers? and shocks of course...

I would suggest at the minimum new rear sway bar links and move your rears to the front, unless you have quick discos. You may want to look at bumpstops depending on how big a tire you will be running. not needed, but nice to have, front and rear trac bars just to keep the axles centered. Rear brakeline extensions too, but you can make your own for a couple of bucks.
