No other components seem to match that 4" Rugged Ridge kit, so could be as simple as the previous owner had a lift but wanted to go taller and swapped coils.

Going forward: Keep an eye on those Cam Bolts, they have been known to slip. Keep an eye on that front driveshaft, watch for grease spitting out of the joint at the tcase. And if you decide to go for a flip/hi steer, pay attention to keeping the trackbar and draglink parallel to each other. (when you move the draglink to the top of the knuckle, the trackbar needs to be moved up with a bracket to match...)

Does this look like it might be the kit?

No idea of the quality, but a few items that jump out are:
Cam Bolt Kit - (it comes with a set of front and rear fixed control arms, were the cams installed also?)
Front Trackbar Drop Bracket - (which requires a Drop Pitman Arm that, as indicated in the description, is very helpfully not included in the kit...) Verify whether these are installed.
6” lift w/37’s and flat flares

Bushwacker flares, looks like a RC lift but hard to tell from the distance. Those wheels and grill leave a lot to be desired.

bushwacker flat flares and Rough Country lift. I do zero off-roading. This is just a weekend toy for me to pull the top off and ride around town when the weather is good.

To each his own man. I get more questions and compliments about that grille than anything else. I bought that Jeep completely stock one month ago and spent the last 3 weeks building it. Have turned down 2 offers to sell it already.
