Assuming it is your steering wheel, go up to the writeups area, there is an index stickied at the top. The links were broken, (may still be?), if so just scroll down and find the DIY Alignment writeup. Super easy, just loosen two bolts and twist the turnbuckle until straight.

If it isn't the steering wheel, maybe a sensor got tweaked?

Never seen one go into actual limp mode before. Put lifts on both of ours and both have had the steering wheel way off and neither one have ever gone into limp mode. I agree that this is most likely the OPs problem because our jku did the same thing, but limp mode full limp mode? Never seen that.

Just make sure that you either sit in the Jeep while someone else turns the collar or you turn it and have someone else sit in the Jeep to tell you when the wheel is centered or you'll drive yourself crazy going back and forth!! lol

Well you may call it different but if the esp abs keeps going on and off that'll make it difficult to drive and I call that limp mode. Just like on modern day motorcycles, if you let a bikes battery die it'll go into "limp" mode making it run rich to save engine components. You may not call that limp mode but manufacturers do
