lift question
I am putting a rusty's 3.25 lift and want a little extra clearance and was thinking of doing a body lift also at what point does the stock stuff start to fail

You might also be able to just add a coil spacer on top of your coil lift to get a little more room. I've seen plenty of people do that to counteract sag from bumper weight. Something like 1/2" or so. Works like a charm.

Question would be, what tires etc... are you running that you need more clearance than the 3.25" will give you? (I run that lift FWIW)
I did add a 1/2" Teraflex spacer in the front to "level" it up a tad.
Works great, rides good, clearance is fine. I run 315/70/17 tires..........and do NOT have trimmed flares........(yet!)

I run the 3.25 and it works really well. I run 35x1250x17 Trail grapplers with Bushwacker flats. Even without the flats it was plenty of lift with no rubbing. I also added front 3/4 spacers due to my bumper and winch. I would only add a body lift to allow for 37s and that is even not needed. Just cleans better and gives me another inch. Planman got me hooked on the 37 tire run with minimal lift.
