Default Lift plans & control arm question

Hi all. First post on the forum, but I've been here a while doing a lot of reading. It's funny how as I am searching for info on a particular subject, I find myself off on some tangent, learning about something I didn't know, I didn't know. So much to learn, so little time.

First off, my vitals:

2009 Unlimited X
Auto
3.73 (Pretty sure, but checking)

This jeep is first & foremost a DD. I do some light wheeling on the occasional weekend (time/wife permitting).

Lift plans include the RE 3.5" standard lift (on sale right now) with RE monotubes. Seems that noone has bad things to say about these components from Rubicon Express. I may switch out the rear track bar bracket for an adjustable track bar too. I plan on running 35" MT Baja ATZ's on the stock wheels with spacers for clearance.

I understand that I should at least install a front LCA and a rear UCA to adjust pinion and caster angles. I also understand that JKS is top of the line (because of their OE bushings) followed closely by TF and FT.

I realize that after the lift & tires, my jeep will not have the get-up-and-go it has right now, so a re-gearing to 5.13's? is in the future. Hopefully, in the near future (wallet/wife permitting).

So...I think I've covered all the bases. Any comments or recommendations are welcome and greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

If I were you I would go Rock Krawler Control arms.. Super strong and befit, and if anything breaks, they have a great warranty and Customer service. Also, you could go with Teraflex CA's. Both are good hope that helps.

You won't need rear upper control arms unless you decide to add a rear drive shaft.

Don't jeeps come with a rear drive shaft?
