Default Lift measurements

So I bought a used Jeep JKU with a lift and 35's on it. I was told it was a 4" lift but am not sure about that. Does anyone have a good measurement between the axle and the frame that wound indicate how much lift is on a jeep for sure? I want to go from 35's to 37's so I am trying to be certain of where I am at. Thanks for any info.

thad be the front...rear looks completely different. that pic will get you ballpark on your lift, there are variances depending on what stock coils were measured, wich is left out of the picture.
