would i have to get front and rear adjustable track bars or just front

Ya you would. its not required but itll be better for the jeep. The kit doesn't come with a new Trackbar, just a bracket and pitman arm so you can still use your stock one

i only use a front adj Trackbar. Didnt really feel like a rear one was needed

AND if your running stock wheels I think you may need 1.5" wheel spacers so the tires don't rub the control arms (that was the case on my 09. I assume same issue would occur on a 12)
