Lift install problems
I made an attempt at getting my teraflex 2.5 coil lift installed today. Doing it by myself, didn't have any friends in town to help this weekend. Went pretty good until I tried putting the rear bottom shock bolt back on. The nut would only go on about 5 turns, then it got really, really hard. Same issue with the rear sway bar link bolts. Anybody else have this problem? I haven't hooked the trackbars back up yet either, I hope I don't have the same problem with those.
I'm going to finish installing what I can tomorrow, then probably go get some new bolts / nuts as needed. I'm pretty whipped right now...

You may have crossed threaded them or there was a thread locker on them from the factory. May sway bar link bolts had it on them. Remove them and get new ones if they wont tighten fairly easily. Just make sure to get same gradwe length and size bolt.

I had one final issue. The bolt and nut that Teraflex included for the rear track bar drop bracket didn't match. The bolt had either a 13/16 or 21mm head on it with really coarse threads. The nut took a 7/8 wrench, and looked like it had finer threads. I made a run to the hardware store, and couldn't find anything that matched either the bolt or the nut. I ended up grabbing a new 9/16 x 2.5" grade 8 bolt and matching nut to use instead.

Had to go to Home Depot and buy more.
Got lucky, I guess, in that I didn't have to touch the steering, my wheel is perfectly centered.
