So I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Rusty's offroad 3.25 basic lift with bilstein shocks on my 2013 jku but have a couple of questions. Will I have any drive shaft problems? Will I have any other problems running all stock arms? Also my shocks are for a 3-5" lift so am I good there?

At some point you will have driveshaft problems, if you take it off road it will be sooner then later. You will have flighty steering and likely bump steer. Your jeep will feel top heavy in turns and in off camber situations you will feel more unstable like you are going to roll over.

Good luck with the build.

Not sure about the new jks but with that lift driveshaft boot tears pretty quick. At least on an '08
