Yes will work just fine. Make sure you have new driveshafts as well.

In my opinion that's way too much lift for 37s. I wouldn't go higher than 4.5" for those tires

Yes it is big but I do not want to rub in any way as cut or changing flares is out since I got the painted ones touch the painted hardtop. Could a 4.5 with level up spacers work

That's too much lift in imho. Just get a 3.5" or 4.5" and bumpstop accordingly.

Sleeves are a thick metal tube that gets hammered into the axle housing on both sides. Adds a hellova lot of strength to our fairly weak axle housings.

Also, you will want to Gusset the C's on both sides. That is extremely cheap insurance for the size of tires and stress you'll be putting on the axle.

You could get away with a 4" lift and 37", but I'm like you, I like my shīt jacked up high. Plus too many people have 4" lifts, you don't see many 6" out there.

Sleeving the axle strengthens it. You can get ones that weld in or hammer in. "Cheap" axle insurance if you plan on running 35's or bigger on either the D30 and D44. Also C gussets, bigger tires mean more weight, more weight increases your chances of bending the C's. And one more option is an axle truss. It's better to have them done the same time you do your gears since the front will be ripped apart. My shop only charged an extra $100 to weld in sleeves, gussets and LCA skids on top of the $550 to re-gear both axles.
Also as the others said 6.5" lift is too much for JK's IMO. You're going to spend a lot to get that thing driving straight down the road. I have 3.5" and 36's, works great. Just make sure to bump stop.
