If you put on a lift but don't disconnect your sway bars, do you still get more articulation or would it still be the same?

You thought you'd get a yes or no answer.

Yes to the lift part...

(Which is it SHOULD, if you attend to the niggling details that make it work.)

Hey, I just noticed the sway bar part of the question.

Hmmm.... considering there's an OR in the middle, or NO, for the same reason....is it possible for one answer to be helpful?

No...it would not be helpful.

The sway bar will act as a limiting factor, so, no, articulation would not be much better with a lift if you didn't disco.

So, get a set of disco's if you need'm (Some people have them thar newfangled auto-magic disco's...)

I really liked the JKS QD II's...not sure if they have JK versions yet.

I am trying to decide on a lift, and the Currie lift advertises 9" of trave, and so does the AiRock. However when you see the Currie it apears that it flexes like crazy, but when you look at the photos with AiRock, it apears that there is not as much flex. Is this just because of the arms (since the AiRock uses stock arms) or is there something else affecting this since they both advertise the same amount of travel?

9.5" of front travel, optional 11" travel (driveshaft required)
11" rear travel
