Do a search. There are plenty of good options. Depending on how you want it to ride and if you will be hauling, off reading, or just driving there are different options. Spend a week or so here and there researching. You'll find a lot of what you need to know and look for. A lot of kits are incomplete( cheaper) others are complete. You pay good money for those.

At least you listed a size but the rest of the question is about as vague as can be and will not get you any real answers.

Some lifts although listed as a shorter than another lift could actually ride taller as well. So some 2.5" lifts could be taller than some 3.5" lifts as an example. I would venture to say I've seen a couple 2.5" lifts that are taller than a so called 4" lower quality lift. Just throwing that out there.

To me the synergy stage 3 or stage 4 suspension system seems to be the most complete kit on the market and synergy is high quality. Plus they offer you a nice selection of Fox shocks. The price for the 3'' stage 3 is 3000$ with Fox IFP shocks.

Rock Krawler X Factor, Terraflex, AEV and MC Game changer are also nice kits to consider.

How do you plan on using your Jeep? What is your overall build goal?

These are two very important questions so we can help point you in the right direction.

A lot of great advice

All I can add is to think about if you plan to add things like heavy bumpers, a winch, rock rails etc

Two door or four can also make a difference

and the most important: choosing the right tires.

and then build the rig according to the tires chosen.

A lot to think about:
Where is it made?
What is the warranty?
What are your end goals?

Good luck in your hunt!

I think we should elaborate, I wish we had a sticky about picking the right tires...

Question #1 with a newbie and their first Jeep

What do you really think your going to use it for?

How often are you realistically going to be riding trails/off-road driving?

People get these lifts based on some random number, seemingly with no neutral advice

There is a newbie in town who went to the same shop I did and he's just throwing money at his new Jeep, supercharger, 6" lift! The works.
