will I have to get new drive shafts to have a 4" lift and 36s On a 4d 2011

Yes you will need new driveshafts but not right away. You will wear out the stock shafts. Also depends on if you wheel the jeep and flex it out. You will tear the boots up.

Again, that completely depends on how much and how often you really flex it out.

Larger wheels do not change the shafts' angles, but they do cause more strain.

The lift changes driveshafts' angles.
Like it was already said here, you can live with it for a while, unless your offroading style includes lots of flexing.
For a 4-door, the front driveshaft will "suffer" more and is the first to be replaced.
The rear can wait.
