Well apparently the county cops now care about having a front plate. I've not had one for 12 years and never had an issue! I picked up a bracket from JCWhitney, but it's for a 3" bar. Anybody rig anything up for a 2"?

That's how I have it now...but I'd like to find something a bit more permanent.

 

You could use hose clamps around the bars and threw the license plate mounting holes. You could use adel clamps. Get a set of tabs welded on. mount it to your skip plate and bend it for viewing.Do the bolt that hold the bumper on come out, if so use one of them to hold it.

 

I guess zip ties will have to be good enough!

 

for my expedition one bumper i got two round magnets at tractor supply and drilled two holes in the license plate bolted the plate to the magnets and right to the bumper never had a problem with it and you can remove it if you want for cleaning, wheeling or whatever.
