Default Licence plate

Hi all,
Is there a kit to move the rear plate onto the spare ? I've seen on here somewhere and a small cover on the hole left in the rear fender.

SOmeone mentioned that the service department at Jeep was where they got the blank for the hole.

I got mine from Northridge. 13 bucks I think. That of course is not a mount. Just a plug.
