How can I find out how many inches or what size spacers do I need to compensate the front
end sag that I have now because of extra weight from bumper
And winch?

Jack the front end up until you like where it sits, measure from a common point how much it lifted it up, and order away.

You may also want to contact your coil manufacturer and let them know about the sag issue so they can develop a more resilient product. You may get replacement springs out of the deal, who knows.

Measure the front of the pinch seam, and the rear of the pinch seam, subtract front from rear.

If you plan on towing anything, or having lots of weight in the rear (packed to the brim) then expect a backwards rake. It's worse on the JK when its level empty, but still exists on the JKU.

My JKU currently sits perfectly level and i'm looking into poly springs for the rear to gain back a bit of forward rake.

1" spacers will help level it out. It is easier to figure this out before you add the weight by having someone stand on the front to mimic the weight and take before and after measurements.
