Default Leveling kit death wobble?

I recently put on the teraflex leveling kit (pucks), I just used the front pucks, I also installed the teraflex quick discos. I'm using the stock 32s and nothing else. I drove it for about a month and eventually got up to 65 (interstate) and hit a bump which started and all out violent shaking of the entire jeep. It was all I could do to keep it in the road. I was in the left bound lane (both lanes going the same direction) passing a series of people when the "Wobble occurred. It was so bad, the cars in the other lane slowed down so I could get over and pull over on the shoulder. At first I thought that maybe one of the links had came loose but everything was where it should be.

Needless to say I've pulled everything off and put back the original links. Its been about 3 weeks and last night I hit a bump on the highway at 55mph and it starts again but nowhere near as violent but still bad. I had my parents with me, Dad, who was a non-believer of my first wobble is now a believer. I've driven it 3 weeks at 55+mph and nothing. Also the last week or so we've had 2 snow storms with snow and ice covered roads which is very bumpy and the jeep done nothing. Drove through it like a champ with no problems.

I've checked the swaybar, shocks, springs and everything is sitting right. The only thing I can think of is just before I got the leveling kit, I hit a deer. When I got the jeep back I put on the kit so its hard to tell which has made this happened.

I dont think it was the kit cause its doing it in stock stance. And I really dont think it was the deer cause I didnt run over it. When I hit, the deer went straight up in the air, over the top of the jeep. The only damage that was done was on the bumper, grill, hood, and it busted the radiator.

Also it dosent do it at every bump. I've driven over worse just to see if I can get it to replicate. Also on some bumps you can fill a slight....quiver? and the jeep will start to shimmy slightly. Im carring a cam and recording so I can take it to the dealership to get their opinion the next time it happens.

In the mean time if someone could tell me what in the crap is going on, Id appreciate it!

Did you loosen and re-torque the track bar bolts after the levelling kit was installed?

Yep, that was the first thing I done when the first wobble happend, but when I couldnt fine anything wrong, thats when I took everything off. I didnt even mess the track bar when I installed the pucks, and I didnt put the back spacers on at all

Check your ball joints and tie rod/drag link ends. To check the ball joints raise one front tire off the ground and push/pull on it to check for play/clunking at upper ball joint. To check the lower ball joint use a pry bar under the tire and lift up on it looking for lower ball joint movement. Then repeat the same on the other front tire. To check the tie rod ends look for up and down movement while having someone turn the wheels. You can also use a pair of channel locks to grip the tie rod and see if there is any up and down movement. Remember there will be normal ball socket motion to allow for suspension movement.

Most death wobbles have been the result of improper torque and/or enlongated track bar mount on the axle. Eddie posted a video, search for it.
