Default leaky front brake line connection

Anyone swapped to braided lines and had a caliper connection that you couldn't stop from leaking? I just finished the RE 4.5 long arm install on my Rubicon and have changed the copper washers out with 3 sets of new ones. I can't get this thing to stop leaking. It's either the fitting on the line itself of possibly the screw that goes into the caliper. Just looking to see if others had this happen.

cheers,
Ken

Reinstall your original line for a few minutes, if the leak stops, it's your new line, if not, check the bolt. Don't forget to check for a crossthreaded fitting. Best of luck!!!

yep, sure nough. I installed the stock line back in place and it didn't leak. I had RE send me a new line. Must be a surfice problem on the new line. I'll be re-installing the new line today.

thanks,
Ken
