He's asked about every tire made, I saw a smokin deal on the Duratracs so I thought I'd share. Take it for what its worth.

This is a different thread.

I know you like your DT's, but if someone is comparing two MT's, he's obviously no longer interested in AT. Apples and oranges...

It's like when someone asks about Teraflex vs. RK and someone says to just get Rubi springs.

Yes almighty, all-knowing suicideking. My apologies for attempting to provide something useful to an inquiry. Thank you for taking 3 posts to point out my ignorance, all of us are smarter for it. I'm glad to know the thread police are alive and well on this forum.

Irony is I ordered a set of 295/70/17 Nittos today because the DT's aren't made in that size. They were only $2 less/tire than the 315 DT's I mentioned, but my build doesn't require a 35.

Apology accepted, just don't let it happen again!

+1 for the nittos. I recently upgraded to them and am very happy. They ride fine on the street and are not that much louder than stock sahara's.
I have ahd them out in the mud and the difference in traction is great !.
I took them out for the first time rock crawling and it made it a lot easier. Instead of having to spin the tires, i just rolled up and over stuff

Default i have nitto trail grapplers but in 33s i like them

amazingly quiet for such a aggressive tire ,They are heavy but I have E rated 10 ply I think . I have not one complaint about them. I have not seen nor tried the other choice you mentioned . so would be hard to compare .
if you do go nitto you wont be sorry , unless weight is a big concern
