Kumho Road Venture MT
If you are running these tires I'm interested to know what you think about them in all conditions, especially mud and snow. Also, interested to hear about the highway noise level, although I can live with just about anything
Here is a link to them. Looks sweet to me http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....enture+MT+KL71

I just ordered these (35x1250 r18) and will be mounting them as soon as Northridge gets my FT 4" Long Arm lift installed.
I'll be happy to review them for you as soon as that is all done -- I plan on getting them into the snow and probably some mud within a week of having the rig all together.

The good and bad
The good and bad from what I have heard and read about these tires.
Great street manners.
Low noise level.
Good in snow, sand and rain.
OK in mud and rocks.
Tread chunks off when subjected to hard off road use in rocks.

I just ordered 5 X Khumo Road Venture MT KL71 315X75R16 from 1010tires. com. First time I buy from them but the price was really great, so I'll give them a chance.
Now I need to choose between steel wheels or mags...

I have them and here are my thoughts. They look great, perform awesome in mud, very little snow conditions so I can't comment, road noise is bearable but gets pretty loud as they wear, the tred does gets cut up pretty bad on rocks, tred life is not the best. I have 30K on the tires and have rotated all 5 tires every 4000 miles and I am hoping to make it another 10K but but I am guessing they will be bald.
Needless to say I am happy with them but for as much road driving as I do the front tire cupping really wears them out faster than I can rotate them. Don't forget they are directional so if you rotate in the 5th tire you need to have it flipped once in a while.
Hope this helps.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm interested in any updated reviews. I've read they have great street manners, they are very quiet for a MT, and they clean out very well in mid and snow.
I can get 5 delivered for $1500, so I'm curious of any current reviews.
