Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with this company. Several months ago I started gathering the parts I needed to start making my "sport/bolt-in" cage for the JK. I started ordering Rockhard's collars and through no mistake of theirs, I ordered the wrong size. Doh! Seeing as this was months ago, I didn't realize my error until I started to actually start to work on my project. Noticing that I had the wrong size, I contacted them and told them my story. Extremely understanding, they said no problem and would ship me out the correct size. I thought they weren't going to ship the new ones until they had received the the "wrong"ones. My mistake. Two days later I received the correct ones, no payment necessary,and I shipped the other ones back. This is the kind of customer service that should be noted and recognized. Thats awesome to hear. I've been looking into who to go with and I like their products but this seals the deal. Like north ridge, I'd always go with the company that is more personnel.
