Default Krawler/PreRunner JK Build Questions

Would love some advice from fellow members. I want my JK to be equally adept at crawling and run well on Baja trails. Currently have a ProComp 4" lift with 35" tires. Here is what I would like to put on the Jeep and would appreciate any and all input plus additional suggestions. Budget is at around $40,000 and my JK is a 2008 automatic Unlimited X. I have talked with a few different shops, but am really looking for member suggestions here.

Currie D60 front and rear axles 5.38, do I need 60's or are 44's fine?
XTerrain 37" tires
Currie sway bar front and rear
EVO double throw down front 14"
EVO or Alpha on rear axle
JReel 1350 Driveshafts
Atlas transfer, don't know which one
Beadlock 5x5.5, which ones should I get
Bigger brakes, which ones
Lights ??
Teraflex long arm

Thanks for any and all input in advance.
Greg
